Join us as we travel to Japan for our first ever Greenhouse Japan missions trip! The purpose and ministry focus of this trip is to assist local Japanese churches in their ministry outreach so that friends and people in the community can continue to build relationships with their church members, and see and experience the family of God together. This is a trip where you will experience what it is to live as disciples among unreached people groups.  You will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in a new language and culture, and learn to engage with the unreached. This experience will be a rich and transformative time for any disciple, especially for those exploring a calling to serve overseas.

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS

• Valid passport

• Attendance at bi-weekly team preparation meetings starting March 9 and continuing each Sunday from 7:30-10pm until departure for Japan on May 16. Every team member is required to attend at least four of the five team meetings and the visa application submission meeting and complete weekly readings.

• Preference will be given to a regular attendee of a microchurch or campus ministry small group, unless special circumstances apply.

We also aim for 50% of every dollar we spend to go to directly out to missions, church-planting, and the poor here and around the world.
